After 30 years of delivering Christmas trees, we understand that occasionally something can go wrong.  As a natural product, performance of real Christmas trees can vary depending on the type and original source of tree, as well as the preparation and in-home care. 

On the lot and during the delivery process, we do our best to ensure your tree arrives in optimal condition, but in the event that we've missed something, please let us know and we will make things right.
